Are there events or activities organized for residents?
Community living is at the heart of the Urban Campus experience. Every month, our Campus Managers organize a variety of events to help you meet other residents and make the most of your stay: yoga classes, cooking workshops, social evenings, afterwork events, city tours, and many more surprises.
Are there quiet hours or house rules to follow?
Yes! Community living comes with a few shared rules. To ensure everyone feels at home, all of our residences have house rules.
To guarantee everyone’s comfort and a good night’s sleep, quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in all of our residences (in accordance with local regulations). Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted in either shared or private spaces during these hours.

What is the Community App and why do I need to download it?
Reserved exclusively for our residents, the Community App is at the heart of life at Urban Campus. It’s the essential tool for making the most of your coliving experience! With the app, you can:

– Receive important news and announcements in real time.

Which common areas are accessible to residents (coworking, gym, lounge, kitchen, etc.)?
Common areas vary from one residence to another, but you’ll always find a coworking space, a fitness room, and a shared kitchen. Some residences also feature a cinema room or even a swimming pool! Visit each residence page to discover the full list of shared amenities.
Is there a dedicated workspace or coworking area?
Yes, absolutely. Every Urban Campus coliving residence includes shared spaces, including a fully equipped coworking area (with high-speed Wi-Fi!) available to all residents at no additional cost.
