Do you have a question?

Do couples pay an extra fee?

It depends on the country where your residence is located:
– In France: there is no additional charge for couples. The rate is exactly the same whether you are staying alone or as a couple.
– In Spain: an additional fee applies for couples staying together in most of our residences.

Can I cancel or extend my stay?

Of course! Coliving is all about flexibility. You can adjust the length of your stay to suit your needs, in accordance with the rules of your country of residence:
– In France: you’re free to leave whenever you want; you just need to give at least 1 month’s notice.
– In Spain: the minimum stay is 3 months. After this period, you can end your stay at any time or extend it, provided you give at least 30 days’ notice.
To request an extension or to check out, you can do so directly through your Member Area.

Is there a minimum length of stay or lease duration?

Yes, the minimum length of stay or lease duration depends on the residence:
– In France: the minimum stay is 1 month (which corresponds to the legal notice period) at all our residences, except for the Bauer residence in Saint-Ouen, where the minimum stay is 1 night, and La Maillerie residence in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, where the minimum stay varies from 1 to 4 months depending on the time of year.
– In Spain: the minimum commitment period is 3 months across all our residences.

Is access to the building and common areas guaranteed 24/7?

Yes. Residents enjoy secure, independent access to both the residence and their private accommodation. Opening hours for shared spaces may vary depending on the residence.

Can I terminate my contract before the scheduled end date?

We understand that plans can change. That’s why flexibility is at the core of our model. You can end your contract at any time by giving 1 month’s notice in France and 30 days’ notice in Spain.
The only exception is if you committed to a minimum stay (for example, six months) in exchange for a special discounted rate. In that case, early termination fees will apply.

Are the residences secure?

Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority. All of our residences feature secure badge access for the main entrance, shared spaces, and your private accommodation. Shared areas are also protected by CCTV surveillance. To ensure the residence is properly maintained and to respond quickly in case of an emergency, the Urban Campus team has a master access pass, in accordance with the terms of your contract.
