COLIVING SPACES

IS THERE AVAILABILITY?

Not at the moment, but we will make our best to find the perfect space for you 🤩. We advise that you apply 1-3 months before your desired check-in date.

We are mostly dealing with high levels of occupancy throughout the year and will most likely have very limited availability throughout the following month.

We offer virtual visits in case you happen to be outside the country.

WHO IS COLIVING FOR?

At Urban Campus, we have worked hard to develop a community of like-minded people, ✌️ who will make you feel at home from day one and who can help your ideas blossom.

Our Colivings are addressed to professionals, entrepreneurs & Masters or postgraduate students, mostly 25-40 years old. 

Our residents are national and international people, freelancers, entrepreneurs, or people who work for startups or larger corporations.

We have 2 Coliving spaces in Madrid, Spain at the moment:

WHAT ARE THE CLOSEST UNIVERSITIES?
  • CEU San Pablo: 800m (10 min walking)
  • Universidad de Nebrija: 1km (13min walking)
  • UNED: 1km (13 min walking)
  • Universidad de Comillas: 1km (14 min walking)
  • UCM: 1.5km (19 min walking)
  • IE: 2.5km (18 min by subway)
  • UPM: 2.5km (31 min walking)
  • EAE: 3.4km (22 min by subway)
  • UAM: 13.7km (41 min by subway + bus)
WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

Prices range from 745 – 850€ in our Mellado Madrid Coliving, depending on the studio’s size and availability. All utilities and services included.

Prices range from 900 – 1800€ in our Malasaña Madrid Coliving, depending on the living space you are interested in (Studio with shared kitchen / Studio with private kitchen / Apartment with private kitchen). All utilities and services included.

IS VAT INCLUDED?

Yes, VAT is included in the final price.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR A COUPLE MOVING IN?

We charge an additional couple fee in the following cases:

  • Mellado Madrid Coliving: Additional +200€ fee for couples per month
  • Malasaña Madrid Coliving: Additional +100€ fee for couples per month (Applicable only for the “Studio with shared kitchen” option).
ARE SERVICES INCLUDED?

Yes! Apart from getting your own studio, all utilities are included in the price: water, electricity, high-speed internet, AC, heating, maintenance service, our amazing team of community developers, access to all amenities like the gym, weekly cleaning of common areas, and monthly cleaning of private studios and their bathrooms.

Even Netflix is included in all common areas.

We also provide additional services like bedlinen provision and washing…

You just come and enjoy your stay, we’ll take care of the rest 😎 !

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our Booking process is fully automated.

You will be able to choose the payment method that best suits you 👍 :

  • Sepa transfer
  • Credit Card

Rent is charged automatically to the selected bank account or credit card on a monthly basis.
In case the check-in does not happen in the 1st of the month, the rent charged is prorated accordingly to the days left in that month

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE STUDIO?
  • Mellado Madrid Coliving: 8m2 – 15m2
  • Malasaña Madrid Coliving:
    – Studio with shared kitchen: 13m2 – 22m2
    – Studio with private kitchen: 48m2 – 52m2
    – Apartment with private kitchen: 70m2
DO YOU ACCEPT STUDENTS?

No, unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from Erasmus/Bachelor students.

Our goal is to bring like-minded people together, that is why we only accept professionals, Masters or Post-graduate students with professional experience.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No, unfortunately.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY DURATION?

3 months

CAN I EXTEND OR CANCEL MY STAY?

Yes! Our flexible policy allows you to extend/cancel your contract with a minimum notice period of 30 days.

CAN I BRING VISITS TO THE SPACE ONCE I MOVE IN?

Of course! We want you to feel at home, you can bring visits to your private space and to the common areas.

COVID 19 CONTINGENCY MEASURES

At Urban Campus, we are committed to ensuring the safety & wellbeing of our members, staff, and partners, during these extraordinary times.

Entrance and visits:

  • Cleaning and disinfection systems at entrances.
  • Possibility of virtual visits and remote check-ins
  • Mandatory use of a mask on visits

Common spaces (Coworking, terraces, gym):

  • Capacity reduction to 50% in all common spaces (Control through technology that allows us to know the number of people in each area)
  • Space reservation system (for example gym) so that capacity is controlled at all times
  • Daily cleaning and disinfection in all common areas, constantly insisting on high contact areas (Knobs, elevators …)
  • All providers have to comply with security measures at all times.
  • Carrying out community activities online or per floor (Never more than 6 pax.)

Private spaces:

  • Communication of cleaning and provisioning protocols with Disinfection Kits

WHERE ARE YOUR COWORKINGS LOCATED?

We have 2 Coworking Spaces in Madrid, Spain at the moment:

CAN I BOOK A SPOT PER WEEK/DAY/HOUR?

Yes! we have launched new flexible options, check the rates in the Jerónimo Coworking section. 

CAN I BOOK A MEETING ROOM PER WEEK/DAY/HOUR?
WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

Day pass 20 € per day

Fixed desk membership (half day): Starting at 100 € / Month (+VAT)

Fixed desk membership(full day): Starting at  200€ / Month (+VAT)

Private Office Membership: Starting at  850€ / MONTH (+VAT)

All memberships include:

  • Secure access with personal access passes
  • 5 hours/month per person of meeting room booking
  • 24/7 Access, WiFi, Community events, Coffee & tea…

WHAT COWORKING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Our Coworking spaces are flexible to cover all your needs.

From individual day pases to fixed desks in our open space, to private offices (from 4 to 35 pax).

All options include the free use of our Meeting Rooms (5h per month per pax) and Common areas.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
  • All services & utilities: All utilities are included, and we also offer: Free tea & coffee, wifi, security cameras, lockers, bike parking, shower, Concierge and package reception, 24hr access.
  • Meeting Rooms (5 hours per pax-per month)
  • Common Spaces: Shared kitchen and outside relaxing spaces like terraces and a patio.
  • Networking activities, Community Developers, Community breakfast every 2 weeks, access to events in all Urban Campus spaces, workshops, concerts, yoga…

Yes! We are a pet friendly coworking space.

CAN I ORGANIZE AN EVENT AT URBAN CAMPUS?

COVID 19 CONTINGENCY MEASURES

Entrance:

  • Cleaning areas for disinfection
  • Temperature measurement at the entrance

Common areas:

  • Daily disinfection in common areas
  • Reduction of capacity by 50% in common areas 
  • Signage informing about the safety distance
  • Use of a mandatory mask
  • Smoking ban
  • Specific bins
  • All providers and services must respect security measures

Private offices:

  • Possibility of installing partitions or mandatory use of masks
  • Cleaning protocols and recommendations
