Our Urban Campus Bauer residence in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is designed to offer you accommodation for a few nights or even several months. You can book starting from just one night and enjoy integrated hotel services, while keeping the flexibility to extend your stay from a few days to several months if needed: a complete and flexible residential experience!

The residence offers 334 furnished units: studios, 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom apartments, and rooms in shared apartments (from 2 to 8 housemates) available for a one-night stay or several months, designed to adapt to every lifestyle, whether you’re just passing through or looking for a true home.

Located at the heart of the iconic Bauer Stadium, between the Docks and the Saint-Ouen Market (Puces de Saint-Ouen), the residence spans 8 floors and offers 682 m² of common areas. It is about a ten-minute walk from metro lines 4, 13, and 14, making it possible to reach central Paris in under 25 minutes. It’s the ideal place for a short stay or a rental in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine near Paris!

We currently have three residences in the Paris region:

• Ivry-sur-Seine: in the south-east and just minutes from central Paris. Located a stone’s throw from the banks of the Seine and bike paths, our residence is ideally situated for sustainable mobility. • Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine: right on the doorstep of Paris, with great transport links and close to the vibrant neighborhoods of the north of the capital. The opening of our residence is planned for soon and will offer apartments, studios, and rooms in shared apartments from just one night up to several months!
• Bagneux: in the south, offering a quieter setting while staying close to public transport to reach central Paris via metro line 4. Our residence will soon open its doors to these units: studios and rooms in shared apartments.
