La Maillerie, Lille Coliving is composed of 121 units. You may choose from private Rooms in Cozy, Standard, or Premium Apartments, all of which come with a private bathroom and kitchen. All units are fully furnished and equipped.

When you book with us, you will have a private unit to yourself. You may choose from an apartment, standard studio, or mezzanine studio. All units are fully equipped with everything included. In addition to your private space, you will have access to 300 SQM of common areas. Scroll back up on this page to view them!
At Urban Campus, we’re all about creating a Community of like-minded people who will help each other feel settled and supported, and who will get involved in everything that’s on offer. So, we designed our spaces with young professionals in mind.
We welcome people from all corners of the world, often between the ages of 25 and 40, who are freelancers or entrepreneurs, or who work for startups or larger corporations.
Once you move into your new coliving you will officially be part of an international community. We have events every week to encourage you to get to know your neighbors and build genuine friendships.
Aside from your private unit, you will have free access to 300 SQM of common spaces located in the building. The spaces included a laundry, gym, coworking area, lounge, shared kitchen, terrace, and cinema room.

Most people who stay with Urban Campus tend to live with us for around 12 months.
To respect private life of our colivers we don't do visits on site. You can have a look to our videos on Youtube "Urban Campus La Maillerie".
Of course! We want you to feel at home, so you’re more than welcome to bring visitors. We do ask you to do it in the total respect of other colivers to guarantee peacefulness in the residence.
Our payment process is fully automated, but you will be able to choose the method of payment that suits you best - bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. We recommend direct debit by SEPA mandate, that way your rent will be debited automatically every month, so you don't have to manage the payment. If your lease starts or ends during the month, the payment will be proportional to the number of days of occupancy in the month.
Yes, VAT is included in the final price.
