Our student housing options are all-inclusive, meaning they come 100% furnished and move-in ready. All charges are included under one single bill, including rent, utilities, wifi and cleaning services. Apartments come with furniture, pillows and bed comforters, clothing hangers, extension chords, fully equipped kitchens and premium appliances. Plus, you will have free access to the 6 building common spaces and a calendar of social events led by our UC Lille Campus Manager.
Our La Maillerie residence is home to an international community of students from around the globe. To help residents connect and build relationships, our UC Lille Campus Manager organizes a variety of fun events and excursions, often in collaboration with residents from our other Lille buildings. Events range from cooking classes and escape rooms to music jam sessions and classic wine & cheese nights. A dedicated community budget is available each month to support these activities, and residents are encouraged to share their ideas for events they'd like to see and participate in.
Common spaces are shared areas throughout the building, available to all residents at no extra cost. These spaces are designed to foster community and offer additional options for studying, socializing, and relaxing. At our La Maillerie Student Residence, common spaces include a coliving area, event room, extra community kitchen, lounge, movie room, fitness room, and outdoor patios.

Our payment process is simple and fully automated. You can choose the method of payment that suits you best - bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. We recommend using a SEPA direct debit so your rent is automatically paid each month, making it hassle-free and easy to manage. If your lease starts or ends mid-month, your payment will be adjusted to reflect the exact number of days you occupied the property.

Great experience!! I am moving out for a couple of months but for my next time in Madrid I will be looking forward to be again in Urban Campus. Apartments and common areas look newish, super well equipped, nice and beautiful. And most important is the possibility to meet people and make friends.
