La Maillerie residence is home to an international community of students and young professionals. It is ideally located near many schools in Lille and is designed to foster connection through shared spaces and social events led by our Campus Manager.
Absolutely! La Maillerie is an all-inclusive student residence. To help residents connect, our Campus Manager organizes a variety of events—from cooking classes to yoga session. We even have a dedicated community budget each month to support activities suggested by our residents.
Couples are welcome in our suitable rooms, and no additional rent is charged for them.
Yes, our housing is 100% furnished and move-in ready. We offer a single all-inclusive bill covering rent, utilities (water, electricity), high-speed Wi-Fi, and regular cleaning. Your apartment comes fully equipped with furniture, pillows, bed comforters, clothing hangers, extension cords, and premium kitchen appliances.
You can stay with us starting from 1 month. It is a flexible solution, ideal for a semester, an internship, or a full academic year.
Most of our residents stay between 6 and 12 months, whether for a single semester, an internship, or an entire academic year.

Great experience!! I am moving out for a couple of months but for my next time in Madrid I will be looking forward to be again in Urban Campus. Apartments and common areas look newish, super well equipped, nice and beautiful. And most important is the possibility to meet people and make friends.
