Our Urban Campus Bauer residence in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is designed to offer you accommodation for a few nights or even several months. The residence offers 334 furnished units: studios, 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom apartments, and rooms in shared apartments (from 2 to 8 housemates) available for a one-night stay or several months, designed to adapt to every lifestyle, whether you’re just passing through or looking for a true home.

Located at the heart of the iconic Bauer Stadium, between the Docks and the Saint-Ouen Market (Puces de Saint-Ouen), the residence spans 8 floors and offers 682 m² of common areas. It is about a ten-minute walk from metro lines 4, 13, and 14, making it possible to reach central Paris in under 25 minutes.
