So, we designed our spaces with young professionals in mind. We welcome people from all corners of the world, often between the ages of 25 and 40, who are freelancers or entrepreneurs, or who work for startups or larger corporations.
We like to make sure that everyone staying with us has similar interests and experiences. That’s why we can’t accept students, even those doing a Bachelors or those on an Erasmus programme - we only accept young professionals.
Yes. Couples must pay an extra 100 € per month for their stay.
Yes! You only pay one cost, and everything comes included - water, electricity, high-speed internet, AC, heating, maintenance service, a weekly common area cleaning service, a monthly private space cleaning service, and access to all amenities including the gym. Even the price of Netflix is included for the common areas, and we have additional services available too. You just need to show up and enjoy your stay - we’ll sort out the rest!

Most people who stay with Urban Campus tend to live with us for around 12 months.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer onsite visits, only because we respect the privacy of those staying with us - we don’t want to disturb them. We do offer a virtual tour though, so you can see the space before you book it.
To make sure everyone has a comfortable and peaceful stay, unfortunately, your furry friends can’t stay with us.
Of course! We want you to feel at home, so you’re more than welcome to bring visitors. In your private space you can have 1 visitor at a time for a maximum of 7 nights per month.
Our booking process is fully automated, but you’ll be able to choose the payment method that suits you best - SEPA transfer, or credit card. Once you’ve picked, rent is charged automatically every month. If you don’t move in on the 1st of the month, the rent is charged according to how many days are left in the month.
Yes, VAT is included in the final price.
Of course! The minimum length of a stay at Urban Campus is 3 months, but after that you’re more than welcome to cancel your stay, or to extend it for as long as you like. Just please bear in mind that you will need to give us at least 30 days’ notice.
We can assist with the empadronamiento process for rooms in Urban Campus coliving spaces. However, this service is not available for private units, such as studios and apartments.

I love living here because they make life so much easier (all included in 1 bill) + the beautiful community you join when you choose to live here! We are people from all over the world! Young professionals, entrepreneurs, masters/PhD students… a very enriching community. UC organize great activities for us to stay connected, learn and enjoy together! (Biweekly community dinners, sports, yoga, interesting seminars, BBQs at our gorgeous terraces, and much more!) I also appreciated very much the access to the communal areas: coworking space! The big living room-kitchen, music instruments (including a piano!), TV and video games room… just perfect 👌 If you are looking to meet new people in Madrid and want to come living in a great comfortable place, Urban Campus is your place! I’ve been living in Urban Campus for about 3 years. The first 2 in the Mellado Coliving and the 3rd one in the Malasaña one. The facilities are great everything is very modern and new, you can have the private space you choose, either a comfortable room with private bathroom or a complete studio just for yourself. (I’ve lived in both) The common areas include a coworking area with chill out zones perfect to work or spend time with others. The Mellado one has a gym which is great because you won’t even need to leave home to workout. But the best part for me as a foreigner living in Madrid, is the community you build, you get to meet and become friends with so many amazing people from all over the world. It is a great space to network, to get to know interesting people with different stories and different projects. In my experience so many great friendships have emerged in this 3 years as well as so many good memories.
Urban Campus is a unique space where you can have home, space to work and also make friends. It's a great opportunity to be in an environment with people from all over the world who want to share interests and are open to meeting new people.
First year in Madrid I lived thursday till friday in a hotel. Very depressing. Then I was accepted in UC Malasaña. A really life changing event. Very pleasant. Nice people, nice flat, nice ammendities. The community and member engagement is worthy any extra cent you have to pay. Very recommendable.
I've lived here for 8 months now and it's fair to say I love it. Met some great people, I have the space to do anything I need and the comfort of having everything taken care of is a really nice perk. I would definitely choose the same if I had the chance ❤️
My stay at Urban Campus was an amazing experience. The location is great and the Coliving offers a range of different services and activities. It is really confortable and can accommodate basically any need. Among others, the coworking space on the top floor is the perfect place to work in. Most importantly, I met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely recommend to any young (or less young) professional a stay at the UC Coliving.
Loved it! It had everything I needed and wanted and I am very picky and peculiar with standard and things. Very much worth the money and so nice to have a community to belong to when away from family and friends. I got very inspired by the beautiful and talented people I met while at Urban Campus in Madrid. It felt like I got a second Erasmus (not partying) for adult professionals. I sincerely hope I can find this concept elsewhere. Thanks a lot! I am so greatful!

Malasaña Madrid Coliving consists of two connected buildings, Manzana and Reyes, and is composed of 36 units. This building offers a mix of private apartments, studios, and rooms. The rooms have a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen and dining room, with one other person. All units are fully furnished and equipped.

Malasaña Coliving is located in the middle of the trendy Malasaña neighborhood. Central in Madrid, it’s full of modern restaurants, vintage shops and traditional bars. In fact, it’s one of the most popular areas in the city for nightlife.
Unfortunately, we’re all booked up this month. We tend to get quite full the rest of the year as well.

I have been living here almost 2 years, and am very settled, my work-life balance has improved dramatically and I have made some friends for life. Moving to a new city is tough, and I wish i’d had something like Urban Campus in previous cities I’ve lived in!
Amazing place to live in Madrid ! Spaces are nice and above all the international atmosphere is so great. We really feel like being part of a community. I recommend it 100% for a short or longer stay.
A GREAT place to LIVE and WORK! Urban Campus is without a doubt, the best place to live in Madrid if you like socialising and making friends. The atmosphere is the BEST and working and living here enables you to meet a lot of new people that are super sociable and nice. What I like the most is that there is always something to do or a plan to join which I personally love! If you are an entrepreneur, want to expand your network and also like to make friends, this is for sure the best place to live and work, especially if you are new in town.
If you're looking for a place full of inspiring people, young professionals that develop and push their own ideas, that study and work together, but that share also a common life togethers, going out for sports, a shared lunch or a drink after work in the vibrant neighbourhood - there you go. Urban Campus offers the platform for this. Especially in these days social interaction is surely not as easy as usually (and that's for a good reason), but here you have the in my opinion best solution that respects all sanitary rules while still enables you to dive into a group of amazing people as quickly as probably nowhere else. Highly recommended!

Living here was one of the best decisions I've ever made - great staff, service, and a sense of community (i.e. friends around all the time) that's nearly impossible to find in more traditional living situations especially when moving to a new city/country.
Coliving is a fantastic phenomenon that's taking the world by storm accross the globe. It offers Colivers the opportunity to become part of a community which in itself is one of best perks of living here. Other than that, the spaces are well designed and each floor offers 3 apartments. The concept is based on having smaller private space to have larger shared spaces. This means that a large portion of each floor offers beautiful shared living rooms and kitchens, while everyone has their private room and bathroom to retract into. The shared spaces are all different sizes offering different settings. The 6th floor offers a multifunctional space with a dedicated work area. There is also a sunroom and a terrace with a barbecue. The work area provides opportunity for both concentration work and collaboration (screen and whiteboards) as well as space for downtime. It's a pleasure to be part of a place that offers a platform for entrepreneurs to engage accross disciplines.
It's really a good option for expats for their onboarding process. Everything is ready from the first day in your room plus out of your room like a coworking area, gym and terrace.
From the start the People involved in running this place (Urban Campus) have been super helpful and accommodative. What a pleasure to say I have lived here and met so many amazing people 🙂

Yes! You only pay one cost, and everything comes included - water, electricity, high-speed internet, AC, heating, maintenance service, a weekly common area cleaning service, a monthly private space cleaning service, and access to all amenities including the gym.
Even the price of Netflix is included for the common areas, and we have additional services available too.
You just need to show up and enjoy your stay - we’ll sort out the rest!

Most people who stay with Urban Campus tend to live with us for around 12 months.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer onsite visits, only because we respect the privacy of those staying with us - we don’t want to disturb them. We do offer a virtual tour though, so you can see the space before you book it.
To make sure everyone has a comfortable and peaceful stay, unfortunately, your furry friends can’t stay with us.
Of course! We want you to feel at home, so you’re more than welcome to bring visitors. In your private space you can have 1 visitor at a time for a maximum of 7 nights per month.
Our booking process is fully automated, but you’ll be able to choose the payment method that suits you best - SEPA transfer, or credit card.
Once you’ve picked, rent is charged automatically every month. If you don’t move in on the 1st of the month, the rent is charged according to how many days are left in the month.
Yes, VAT is included in the final price.
Of course! The minimum length of a stay at Urban Campus is 3 months, but after that you’re more than welcome to cancel your stay, or to extend it for as long as you like. Just please bear in mind that you will need to give us at least 30 days’ notice.
We can assist with the empadronamiento process for rooms in Urban Campus coliving spaces. However, this service is not available for private units, such as studios and apartments.
Great experience!! I am moving out for a couple of months but for my next time in Madrid I will be looking forward to be again in Urban Campus. Apartments and common areas look newish, super well equipped, nice and beautiful. And most important is the possibility to meet people and make friends.

A great place to get started in Madrid! It’s new, convenient, well designed space. You don’t need to worry about anything during your stay and you can rely on a community of colivers. The public terrace of Atocha Urban Campus is great!
